THE FOUNDER
Richard HuldischManaging Partner
Richard Huldisch started his career in finance. He traded equities and options, mostly in the energy and technology sectors, managed several portfolios and worked at a leading hedge fund. He later became Chief Operating Officer of his prior firm, where he built on his Human Capital Outsourcing skills and relationships, and in 2013 he founded The Huldisch Group.
That background is why we read a PEO proposal the way a CFO reads any long-term contract. The first-year price is only the opening number, so we look at what a PEO has done at renewal: our Preferred PEO Partners give us their last three years of medical renewal history, we can ask any other PEO for it, and we'll show it to you on request. A bundled rate can hide where the money goes, so we set every quote line by line against what you pay today.
Richard still makes every first call himself. He holds a B.S. in Finance with honors from New York University Stern School of Business (1995) and various industry licenses, and runs an educational YouTube channel for business owners exploring PEOs.
